Entry-Level Sterile Processing Technician

HealthCare Support is actively seeking Entry-Level Sterile Processing Technician to join a thriving company in Grand Rapids MI. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to transition into a rewarding career in healthcare in a high-demand role!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Within the first 120 days of employment, you'll participate in an esteemed training program, including hands-on experience in a hospital setting and a specialized curriculum aimed at developing the skills required for certification
• Post-certification duties include maintaining sterility, assisting in pre-operative tasks, intra-operative support, and aiding in post-operative cleanup, managing laparoscopic equipment maintenance, and fostering communication with colleagues and hospital staff
• Availability for 24/7 hospital coverage including weekday, weekend, and holiday rotational scheduled and on-call shifts

• High school diploma/GED required
• Strong customer service skills with 1-3 years of face-to-face customer service experience
• Obtain certification as a Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) within 120 days of employment

Pay Details:

• $19 – $23/hour (Depending on experience)
• Opportunities for overtime
