Mail Room Clerk HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Mail Room Clerk to fill an opening with a Managed Care Company in Scottsdale, AZ. Daily Responsibilities for Mail Room Clerk:
  • Perform digital printing on production printers
  • Verify print jobs based on provided documentation
  • Fold and insert documents into envelopes using inserter machines
  • Apply postage and complete outgoing mail
  • Handle general mailroom tasks throughout the day
  • Lift boxes up to 50 lbs
  • Stand for most of the shift
Required Qualifications for Mail Room Clerk:
  • Experience working in a print or mail room setting
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
  • Using excel and working with PDF’s
  • Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for long periods of the day
