Senior Behavioral Health Clinician - Hybrid to join a
Psychiatric Collaborative Care company in
Eugene, OR!
Shift: Hybrid | Monday-Friday | Flexible 8-hr day shift
Pay Details: $90K - $110K (Negotiable based on experience)

Up to $20K annual bonus opportunity
Daily Responsibilities for the Hybrid Senior Behavioral Health Clinician:

Dual Clinical Role – 50% of time providing direct patient care as a Behavioral Health Integration Clinician (BHIC), including behavioral health and substance use screenings, assessments, care planning, medication adherence support, and EHR documentation

Leadership and Program Oversight – 50% of time supervising and mentoring BHICs and the collaborative care team, ensuring program fidelity, staff training, clinical outcomes, compliance, and development of new clinical programs while staying clinically engaged
Required Qualifications for the Hybrid Senior Behavioral Health Clinician:

Oregon independent license: LCSW or LPC

Qualified Supervisor in the state of Oregon
