Customer Service Representative - Remote - Washington State HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative - Remote to fill an opening in Washington State.  Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative - Remote:
  • Verifying eligibility, finding PCP, sending out ID cards
  • 40-50 inbound calls per day, preferably each call under 9 minutes
  • Monday  to Friday 8:45-5:15 (may have option to start at 7:45 if they want an earlier schedule) / REMOTE
  • Location: Must reside in Washington State
Required Qualifications for Customer Service Representative - Remote:
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy
  • 1+ years of healthcare call center experience required 
  • Microsoft Office: Outlook experience required
  • Provides 3 years of healthcare experience in a call center setting, managing an average of 40-60 inbound calls and 10 outbound calls per day
