Therapist – LBSW / LMFT / LPC / LMLP   HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Therapist – LBSW / LMFT / LPC / LMLP to join a leading addiction treatment organization in Paola, KS.    Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical monitoring, coordination, and implementation of the program to ensure compliance with state regulations and TJC standards.
• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans that include measurable, time-bound goals and objectives, reflecting each client’s strengths, needs, preferences, and personal language.

  Shift: Sunday - Thursday 9am - 5pm   Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree

• Must currently be licensed in KS as a Psychologist or Licensed Therapist/Counselor/Social Worker or Registered Intern or a similarly clinically therapeutic field – LBSW, LMFT, LPC, LMLP or related
• Must have prior experience working in substance abuse/addiction settings

  Pay Details:

• $50,000 - $85,000 annual salary (negotiable based on licensure/experience)
