Dexa Technologist 

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to join a leading outpatient diagnostic imaging center in Miami, Florida. This full-time position offers weekday hours, competitive pay, and a collaborative, family-oriented work culture perfect for an experienced technologist seeking stability and balance outside of a hospital setting.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM |  Rotating Saturdays 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation: $28.00 – $40.00/hr (DOE) Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision | 401(k) | Flexible Spending Account (FSA) | Paid Holidays | PTO accrual after 90 days

Daily Responsibilities for Dexa Technologist:

  • Perform high-quality bone density (DEXA) scans according to physician orders and established protocols.

  • Verify patient identity, prepare and position patients accurately, and follow radiation safety standards (ALARA).

  • Maintain and calibrate DEXA equipment per manufacturer and facility guidelines.

  • Accurately document and upload patient exams in imaging software systems.

  • Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure image quality and efficiency.

  • Provide compassionate care and clear communication to ensure patient comfort throughout the procedure.

Required Qualifications for Dexa Technologist:

  • ARRT certification required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
