HealthCare Support is seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to fill an opening with a Primary Care Office
in Phoenix.
Daily Responsibilities for the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
- Contribute to a high-performing clinical team by evaluating and treating patients, coordinating services, ensuring compliance, and actively participating in continuous improvement and population health initiatives to enhance care outcomes and patient satisfaction

- Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Required Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
- Active NP or PA Licenses within the State of AZ
- NP must have 3+ years working in a family particle or primary care
- PA must have 4+ years working in a family practice or primary care
