Pre-op RN HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pre-op RN to fill an opening in Seattle, Washington.  Daily Responsibilities for Pre-op RN:

• Under general supervision of the ASC Practice manager and under direct supervision of the Charge Nurse, the Staff Registered Nurse (RN), is responsible for the safety of the patient while in the operating room and assists with the supervision of nonprofessional personnel in the area. The nurse anticipates then needs of the surgical team and provides such services while maintaining as aseptic and safe environment.
• Assess patient status in pre-op, ensure accurate identification and verifies all consent forms.
• Documents nursing activities to provide a permanent record, for continuity of care, quality improvement and professional accountability
• Monday to Friday 645am- 5:15pm

Required Qualifications for Pre-op RN:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
• 2+ years of peroperative nursing experinence, scrubbing and circulating
