Incident Coordinator
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an
Incident Coordinator to fill an opening
.
Daily Responsibilities for Incident Coordinator:
- This role involves collaboration with multiple disciplines and entities, working with care coordination, UM, ODM, regulatory, investigative and protective authorities. Requires critical thinking skills and clinical nursing/BH knowledge. Requires investigative skills, teamwork and autonomy.
- Development, implementation and maintenance of initial and ongoing education as it pertains to Waiver Incident Reporting from start to finish.
- Oversight of Waiver Incident Management with state contracted investigation organization.

Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM/Remote
Required Qualifications for Incident Coordinator:
- Degree and or certificate/licensure required in a field of Nursing, Social Work and/or Counseling. Two years of experience required. Must have knowledge of waiver and incident reporting.
- N, SWA, CHW, LSW or LPC. Clinical experience in lieu of licensure will be considered.

Pay Details: $28 - $29/Hour
