Nurse Practitioner HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Portland, Maine .  Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions
• 8-5pm: Mon-Fri

Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

• Active and unrestricted license in Connecticut
• NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
• Ability to gain a collaborative practice agreement, if applicable in your state
• Full COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

• Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred)
• Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness
