Healthcare Support is seeking a
Speech Language Pathologist to join an acute care hospital team in
Gainesville, FL. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered speech and swallow therapy services, supporting recovery across the continuum of care, and collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Compensation Notes:
$35.77 – $49.18/hour
- $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Daily Responsibilities for Speech Language Pathologist:
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Conduct and interpret swallow studies including Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES).
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services to support communication, cognition, and safe swallowing function.

Required Qualifications for Speech Language Pathologist:
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- 1+ year of clinical experience post-graduation (Clinical Fellowship completed)
