Job Title: Paraprofessional Job Type: Full-Time | School-Year Contract Pay Range: $20-25/Hour  Overview: We’re seeking a caring and dependable Paraprofessional to support students and teachers in the classroom. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering instruction, reinforcing learning objectives, and promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students. Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction under the guidance of a certified teacher
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students to reinforce learning concepts
• Assist in implementing behavior support plans and classroom management strategies
• Help prepare instructional materials and organize classroom activities
• Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, and lunch/recess areas
• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to district policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or completion of paraprofessional assessment preferred
• Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow teacher direction and adapt to student needs
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help students succeed
