Urgent Care Supervisor   HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Urgent Care Supervisor to fill an opening with an Urgent Care in Coral Gables, FL.   Daily Responsibilities for the Urgent Care Supervisor:
  • To manage and coordinate the daily operations and patient flow within the Urgent Care facility
  • Accountable for assessing and coordinating staffing requirements to ensure optimal patient care levels
  • Demonstrates exceptional teamwork and communication skills by effectively collaborating with team to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday Days
  • Ability to work one day remotely per week
  Required Qualifications for the Urgent Care Supervisor:
  • Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing Preferred
  • Associate of Science in Nursing Required
  • 2 years of Registered Nurse Experience 
  • Leadership Experience Required
  • BLS Certification Required
