Senior UAS Assessor
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Senior UAS Assessor: to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare company
in
Brooklyn.
Daily Responsibilities for Senior UAS Accessor:
- Work with members, caregivers, or providers to gather information about their situation, available support, and what services they need to create a personalized care plan.
- Schedule Monday - Friday - No weekends!
Required Qualifications for Senior UAS Assessor:
- Active and clear NY State RN license
- 2+ years of UAS or field home health/homecare experience
- Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle, public transit, or ride services like Uber/Lyft)
- Comfortable with virtual support and willing to travel
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications for Senior UAS Assessor:
- Experience performing UAS Assessments
- Bilingual in Russian, Spanish, or Mandarin/Cantonese

Pay Details: $
$73,800 - $103,500
plus mileage reimbursement
