Part-Time Senior UAS Assessor

  HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Part-Time Senior UAS Assessor: to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare company in the Finger Lakes region.   Daily Responsibilities for Part-Time Senior UAS Assessor

• Work with members, caregivers, or providers to gather information about their situation, available support, and what services they need to create a personalized care plan.

Required Qualifications for Part-Time Senior UAS Assessor

• NY State RN License
• 1+ years of Field Home Health/Homecare experience
• Drivers license and access to vehicle

  Preferred Qualifications for Part-Time Senior UAS Assessor

• Experience performing UAS Assessments 
• Bilingual in Russian, Spanish, or Mandarin/Cantonese
• BSN preferred 

Benefits for Part-Time Senior UAS Assessor

• 8 Days PTO (no sick or holiday pay)
• Shift: 3 Days a week - Mon - Wed or Wed- Fri 8:30am-5:00 PM | 7.5 hr /day with 30-60 min lunch (22.5 Hrs)
