I feel like Mark is an honest and ethical recruiter. He does a good job with the follow up. He explains the position well, and answers candidates questions. While I didnt get the position I was working with Mark on, he was transparent and open. As a candidate, I understand that I wont be offered every position, but it is beneficial for me to know where I stand, and Mark provides that info. He is one of the good guys in the recruitment industry.
