Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Compensation
-
$120,000–$155,000+ base salary, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates based on experience

Up to 10% annual bonus opportunity

Daily Responsibilities :
-
The Population Health Clinical Executive reviews high-cost and complex pharmacy cases, identifies opportunities for clinical intervention, and works directly with physicians to drive clinically appropriate, cost-effective care.
This role also supports clinical savings initiatives, client needs, and prior authorization reviews while collaborating across Population Health and Clinical teams.
Required Qualifications:

Active Pharmacist License in good standing

Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM)

Experience with clinical interventions, formulary management, or healthcare reporting processes
