Part Time Associate Medical Director
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Part Time Associate Medical Director to fill an opening in Rocky Hill, Connecticut.Daily Responsibilities for Part Time Associate Medical Director:
Provides clinical guidance for programs in the various fields of psychiatry, including general adult, addiction, and child and adolescent psychiatry
Support the implementation of collaborative care models aimed at expanding access to services for mental health and substance use disorders in rural areas of the state.
Participate in meetings with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other services that compose the system of care in rural areas.
Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM
Required Qualifications for Part Time Associate Medical Director:
Requires MD or DO degree
Active and unrestricted medical license in CT
Board certification in general Psychiatry approved by one of the following certifying boards: American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA)
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2-3 years in psychiatry.
