Physical Therapist
Healthcare Support is seeking a Physical Therapist open to relocating to the North Florida area to join a collaborative acute care hospital team. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy, improving functional mobility, and supporting recovery across a diverse patient population.
You’ll work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, team-oriented environment, with access to strong clinical resources and opportunities for professional growth within a well-established healthcare system.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Compensation:

Up to $50/hour

Daily Responsibilities for Physical Therapist:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized physical therapy care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to support patient goals and recovery across the continuum of care.
