Emergency Room RN
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an
Emergency Room RN to join a leading acute-care
hospital in
Ocala, FL. This healthcare organization is known for its
strong clinical standards, advanced neurological resources, and
collaborative, team-focused environment. In this role, nurses will coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the state of Florida.

$30.60 - $45.90/hour + Shift differentials if applicable (Nights, $3 / Weekends, $2)
Daily Responsibilities for Emergency Room RN:

Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages by performing rapid assessments, initiating stabilization, providing advanced life support, and developing individualized care plans while ensuring patient safety in a high-acuity environment.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to manage emergencies, respond to code blues, rapid responses, and trauma activations, and provide comprehensive discharge instructions and referrals

Required Qualifications for a Emergency Room RN:

FL RN License
-
Minimum 1 year of RN experience

Hospital experience (high acuity preferred)
