Manager of Critical Care to lead a high-acuity ICU team at a well-established Trauma Center serving the Fort Walton Beach and Destin community. This hospital is recognized for delivering comprehensive critical care services across trauma, neuro, surgical, respiratory, and cardiovascular populations. Schedule: Mixed shifts with a collaborative rotation between days and nights

Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Critical Care:

This role leads a dynamic Critical Care unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through strong clinical oversight and operational leadership. You will support staff engagement, manage patient flow, and uphold evidence-based standards in a complex ICU setting. Required Qualifications for Manager of Critical Care:

Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. If hired with a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

Acute care leadership experience required
