HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Med-Surgical Float Pool Registered Nurse to support inpatient units at a leading acute-care hospital in
Gainesville, FL. This organization is known for its
strong clinical standards and
collaborative environment. In this role, nurses will float across med-surg units, caring for diverse patient populations in a
dynamic,
fast-paced setting.
Shift Options:
- Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days, Nights, and Weekends
Compensation Notes:
-
$43/hour + Shift Differentials if Applicable
- Up to $25,000 Sign-On Bonus for Nights
Daily Responsibilities for Medical Surgical RN:
- Gather and analyze patient health data, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and develop individualized diagnoses and care plans.
- Promote patient safety and efficient care while educating and supporting patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments.

Required Qualifications for Medical Surgical RN:
- Florida RN license
- 1+ year of current Med/Surg experience
