Emergency Room RN - Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department at a leading acute-care hospital in Ocala, FL. This healthcare organization is known for its strong clinical standards, advanced emergency resources, and collaborative, team-focused environment. In this role, nurses will manage a diverse range of emergency cases—from fast-track to critical care—providing a dynamic setting where each shift brings new challenges and meaningful opportunities to make an impact. Shift Options: 
  • Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days, Nights, and Weekends
Compensation Notes:
  • $30.60/hour - $38.25/hour + Shift Differentials
  • Up to $15k Sign On Bonus
Daily Responsibilities for Emergency Room RN:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care across all age groups, including triage, treatment, and individualized care planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve optimal outcomes while efficiently managing multiple cases at once.
Required Qualifications for Emergency Room RN:
  • Florida RN license 
  • 1+ Year of RN experience 
  • 1+ year of recent Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, or acute hospital experience
