Pharmacist
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening with one of the nation’s leading pharmacies in
Lexington, KY.
Daily Responsibilities for the Pharmacist:

Fill prescriptions, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics

Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence
-
Create a positive pharmacy department image through strong service, friendliness and cooperativeness with customers, associates and outside vendors
-
You will work with the PIC to establish schedule
-
Weekdays – Open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
-
Weekends – Open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturdays 10 – 5 on Sundays
Required Qualifications for the Pharmacist:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

Current pharmacist licensure in good standing
Preferred Qualifications for the Pharmacist:
-
1 year of retail experience
-
Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

Pay Details:

Hourly Rate: $46.00 an hour - $56.00 an hour based on experience + Annual Bonus
