Maddie Laney

Maddie was absolutely amazing. After long deliberation, I decided the role I was to interview for would not meet my long term goals. Maddie was very professional and kind. I have never worked with a recruiter before so I did not know what to expect. I am so please with the entire process. I wish things could have worked out, but it had nothing to do with her. If anything, she was so skilled at finding the perfect candidate for the perfect job that I came very close to changing my career path. If there are any bonus points to be given for matching a candidate to a position, she knocked it out of the park. The position was perfectly suited to me. If I was looking to stay in operations, this would have been my dream job.

She is detailed and follows up in a prompt manner. This trait is appreciated by those who are in the market for a job hunt.
