Hospice RN / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a
large Health Network in Sacramento, CA.

Daily Responsibilities for Hospice RN / Registered Nurse:

The Hospice RN completes daily visits to their assigned patients to assess needs, provide education, maintain care plan and make adjustments as needed in collaboration with medical team

Communicates with patients and families on end of life processes and provides physical and emotional support

Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
Required Qualifications for Hospice RN / Registered Nurse:

Active RN license in California
-
1+ year of experience as an RN and recent hospice experience
