Sonographer
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Sonographer to fill an opening with a
Health System in The Villages, FL area.
Daily Responsibilities for
Sonographer:
-
The Sonographer will work with the Advanced Care team to facilitate imaging services for the Health system patients
-
Sonographer duties include appropriate patient positioning, infection control, assisting with walking/movement, proper radiation exposure prevention, proper use of imaging equipment, maintenance and cleaning of imaging equipment, adjustment of radiographic controls, etc.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Required Qualifications for Sonographer:
-
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification/Ultrasound Technologist required
-
ARDMS or RVS required
-
3+ years or more ultrasound experience in vascular, GYN, and/or abdominal imaging
-
Skill in positioning patients properly
-
Skill in following infection control and radiological safety procedures

Ability to lift and position patients for the ultrasound procedures, required

Pay Details: $30.05 to $37.55 per hour (based on experience)
