Pharmacy Director - Christiansburg, VA
An exciting leadership opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an established, high-volume pharmacy operation. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team, improve operational efficiencies, and help shape the next phase of growth and development.
We're looking for a people-focused leader who can build on an already strong team culture, develop future leaders, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and drive lasting improvements.
Compensation: $155,000 - $175,000 annually
Bonus: Eligible for annual performance-based incentive
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, No weekends!

Daily Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on cost control, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-accuracy dispensing, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards

Provide hands-on leadership to engage and develop employees, strengthen internal leadership capabilities, optimize workflows, and guide the team through operational improvements and continued growth.
Qualifications:

Leadership experience within pharmacy or healthcare operations

Experience leading teams, improving operational processes, and driving measurable performance improvements

Strong analytical, financial, and people management skills

Proven ability to engage employees, develop talent, and successfully lead teams through change
