HealthCare Support is seeking a
Program Director – Registered Nurse to be part of Therapeutic and Rehabilitation care provider in Chichester, New Hampshire! Clinical services include G-tube feedings, skin assessments, and ongoing participant assessments, with one home providing 24/7 nursing coverage.
Compensation:

$90K - $98K (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday- Friday, Days

Daily Responsibilities:

This leadership role is responsible for budget management, staff development, operational oversight, and ensuring high-quality care and safety standards across all locations. The Director will monitor expenses, maintain capital budgets, lead team engagement initiatives, and participate in regular risk management discussions related to staffing, participant safety, and liability.
Qualifications:

Active RN license in New Hampshire

2 years of nursing and at least 1 year of leadership experience required.

Higher-level administrative or director-level experience preferred; must be able to assess operations from a broader leadership perspective.

Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance
