Site Director - Clinical Research
HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced,
Site Director to join a Privately held
clinical research organization in
Miami, FL specializing in
early- and late-phase drug development, with a strong focus on advancing innovative therapies within complex CNS and
specialty disease areas!
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm I Needs to be flexible
Compensation:
- $200K+ up to 20% bonus (depending on experience)
- Relocation/Sign-on-Bonus offered*

Daily Responsibilities:

The Site Director leads the overall operations and performance of an early and late stage clinical research site, ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials while maintaining regulatory compliance and profitability. This role partners closely with executive leadership, investigators, and research staff to oversee study operations, patient recruitment, and trial management, while ensuring adherence to GCP, ICH, HIPAA, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field

Must have experience with First-in-Human, pharmacokinetic (PK), and pharmacodynamic (PD)

Ability to perform overnight business travel.
7+ years of experience in clinical operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Understand regulatory requirements, as well as Good Clinical Practices (GCP), HIPAA and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
- Able to communicate with providers, co-workers, sponsors, and others in a collaborative and courteous manner.
