Compensation

$3,200 gross weekly pay after training
- Taxable hourly pay and stipends will vary based on deployment location

$1,000 referral bonus when your referred clinician completes 90 days on assignment
- Travel reimbursement provided every 13 weeks — no receipts required
- License reimbursement for approved state licenses required for the project
About the Role
As a Travel Nurse Educator, you will travel to dialysis clinics nationwide to provide hands-on education and clinical support related to the 5008X dialysis machine.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver hands-on training to clinic staff, including RNs, LPNs, and dialysis technicians
- Educate staff on the safe and effective operation of the 5008X machine
- Provide on-site clinical support during live treatments while coaching and supporting clinic staff
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and healthcare professionals to promote successful implementation
- Help ensure staff are confident and competent with the new technology
- Travel to different clinics on approximately 2-week deployment cycles
This is an educator and clinical support role rather than a traditional bedside dialysis assignment.
Travel Requirements
This position requires full-time nationwide travel with frequent relocation based on the deployment schedule.
- Approximately 2-week deployment cycles at different clinics
- Schedules are typically released approximately 2 months in advance to assist with travel planning
- Variable shifts based on clinic operating hours
- Willingness to travel extensively and relocate frequently is required
- The traveler is responsible for arranging travel and accommodations associated with deployments
Training & Support

Full paid training provided before independent deployment
- Dedicated recruiter to support you throughout the assignment
- Training and deployment preparation provided to ensure you are ready to educate clinic staff
- Strong potential for contract extension and renewal
Qualifications
Required:
- Active multistate RN license
- Minimum 1 year of chronic dialysis RN experience within the past 2 years
- Current AHA or ARC BLS certification
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
- Current priority states for licensure include: CA, IL, MI, and NY.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide on a full-time basis
- Strong communication, teaching, and clinical leadership skills
