Orthopedic Physical Therapy Resident – 2027 Residency Program
HealthCare Support is seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Resident to join a nationally recognized healthcare system in beautiful Naples, FL.
This unique 12-month orthopedic residency program gives practicing Physical Therapists the opportunity to develop advanced orthopedic expertise through hands-on patient care, dedicated mentorship, structured learning, and specialized training. The program is supported through a partnership with one of the nation’s leading orthopedic institutions and is designed to prepare the resident to pursue Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
Schedule: Full-time | 40–45 hours per week
Program Dates: January 2027 – December 2027
Location: Naples, FL | Onsite
Compensation: $42.10–$55.57/hour, based on experience
Daily Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist :
- Gain advanced orthopedic expertise while working full-time in an outpatient setting, with dedicated mentorship, weekly clinical learning, and structured preparation for the Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) board exam.
- Earn a full salary during the residency year with a two-year commitment, plus participate in four specialized Skills Weekends in New York with nationally recognized orthopedic mentors.

Required Qualifications for the Physical Therapist :
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current or eligible for Florida Physical Therapist licensure
- Strong interest in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation
- BLS certification required
