Interim RN Supervisor/Manager of Care Management HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Interim RN Supervisor/Manager of Care Management to fill an opening in Presque Isle, Maine. Daily Responsibilities for Interim RN Supervisor/Manager of Care Management:
  • Directly supervise 3-4 case management staff, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to promote staff engagement and retention.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix to meet patient care needs.
  • Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM
Required Qualifications forInterim RN Supervisor/Manager of Care Management:
  • Bachelors degree in nursing, social work and or related required.
  • Licensed RN in Maine
  • Minimum 5 years of case management experience in an acute care setting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
