Director of Nursing / DON – Registered Nurse
HealthCare Support is seeking a
Director of Nursing – Registered Nurse to support a leading organization who values contributions and supports growth throughout independent living, assisted living, supportive living, and memory care communities in Austin, TX!
Schedule:

Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
-
On-Call Rotation
Compensation:
-
$130,000 - $135,000K annually (depending on experience)
-
15% annual bonus target based on performance

Daily Responsibilities:
-
Leads and oversees all clinical operations for the community, ensuring high-quality, compliant resident care by directing nursing services, managing staff and systems, driving quality and regulatory performance, overseeing MDS and reimbursement, supporting surveys and infection control, and partnering with leadership to improve outcomes and census.
Qualifications:
-
Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
-
Must possess a minimum of three years related nursing supervisory experience
-
Must have experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility/LTC
-
Must have valid and current state (RN) license, issued by appropriate state licensing agency.

Must be CPR certified.
-
Ability to interpret and apply CMS guidance, HPMS memos, and the Plan Communications User Guide (PCUG) to operational scenarios.
