HealthCare Support is seeking a
Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join the team at a
top-rated hospital in
Kissimmee, FL. This facility is known for its comprehensive neurological, stroke, and
trauma services. You’ll provide respiratory support in a
high-acuity environment, working alongside a
skilled multidisciplinary team during critical and emergent situations. This role offers strong opportunities for

Compensation Notes:

$29-44/hour + shift differential if applicable

$15,000 Sign-On-Bonus
Daily Responsibilities for Registered Respiratory Therapist:

Perform and document respiratory assessments; conduct diagnostic procedures; administer respiratory therapies (oxygen, aerosols, chest physiotherapy); assist with artificial airway placement; and initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.

Monitor patients for therapeutic response, intervene or notify providers as needed; support transport of ventilator-dependent patients; and respond to emergencies to ensure airway integrity and adequate ventilation.
