Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations

regional leader to oversee a multi-state pharmacy operation across California and Nevada. Compensation Notes:
- $190,000 – $250,000/Annually

Daily Responsibilities for Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations:
- This role provides end-to-end leadership over a multi-state pharmacy operation, with full accountability for operational performance, compliance, financial results, and team development across multiple locations. The leader will partner closely with site and regional leadership to drive operational excellence, strengthen controls in a regulated environment, and lead large-scale transformation initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to elevate leadership capability, standardize processes, improve performance and culture, and deliver measurable results across a complex, high-volume operation.
Required Qualifications for Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience with significant P&L ownership in a multi-site environment
- Strong background in operational excellence, process improvement, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into measurable business results
- Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 75–80%)
