Clinical Quality Improvement Administrator
HealthCare Support seeks a Clinical Quality Improvement Administrator to fill an opening
with a
reputable health plan that partners with an advanced primary care model in Phoenix, AZ!
Daily Responsibilities for Clinical Quality Improvement Administrator :

Improve clinical outcomes and member satisfaction through targeted quality initiatives
-
Analyze internal data and trends to identify quality gaps, incidents, and member complaints
-
Develop, implement, and monitor corrective action plans to address identified issues
-
Collaborate with the Compliance Administrator to ensure alignment with regulatory standards
-
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
-
50% Travel to other clinics throughout the Valley
Required Qualifications for Clinical Quality Improvement Administrator :
-
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, social work or health health-related field
-
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
-
2 years of experience in Healthcare Quality Management
-
5 years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting
-
3 years of performance improvement/quality assurance experience
