Director of PBM and Payor Strategy and Contracting
HealthCare Support is seeking a
Director of PBM and Payor Strategy and Contracting to fill an opening with a Growing Long-Term Care Pharmacy in Louisville, KY!
Daily Responsibilities for Director of PBM and Payor Strategy and Contracting :

Oversee and negotiate national PBM and 3rd Party Payor contracts, including Medicare Part D, Commercial, and Managed Medicaid, ensuring alignment with company objectives

Develop and execute payor strategies, manage GER/BER reconciliation, and provide financial oversight, including underwriting and auditing contracts
-
Analyze contracts for compliance, oversee database management, and ensure seamless implementation of new agreements through cross-functional collaboration
-
Provide market insights to leadership, maintain expertise in PBM/payor landscapes, and drive business objectives with strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Monday – Friday, daytime hours

Travel: 20%-25%
Required Qualifications for Director of PBM and Payor Strategy and Contracting :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences or a related field
-
10+ years of related Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and 3rd party payor contracting experience

Strong analytical, communication, management, and relationship skills
-
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI or SAS
