About Robert Carcamo:

Robert was knowledgeable and proficient about the job and it's management staff. He followed through with specific requests between me and the agency. He provided attachments in a timely manner. I could contact him via phone or email with ease. He answered all of my questions. Repeated information verbally when I when asked. He also let me know what to expect next and as a bonus he was nice and pleasant to speak with.
