When I had a question about some of the documents I needed to submit and emailed , Karen went above and beyond just responding to the email and actually called me. Efficiently explaining what I needed together, what was needed right away and what we could move forward without temporarily. Then the next day she reached out again, letting me know that the documents were received and even offering to reach out to my refrences herself as to speed up the process just a bit. I really appreciated how kind she was and how it felt like she wanted me to succeed. She is truly dedicated to her job and I have had a great time working with her in the short time I have.
