Julie was great, incredibly attentive and kept me updated continuously with information about the contract I was interested in and worked swiftly to get all of my questions answered and information compiled to be submitted for my contract.
Julie has been great since day one!!! I think she called me on a Tuesday and because we worked so quickly, well and efficiently with getting everything processed and rolling between Julie and Alicia (my credentialing personnel) I was working by that Friday! That team together was phenomenal! Anytime I hit a bump with getting things done before getting on the floor that Friday, such as having a LabCorp location close last minute due to the COVID pandemic, Julie was there to assist Alicia in getting me switched to a random Ochsner urgent care to still get my drug screening done that same day! It was really great, because I was ripping and running on my lunch break to get everything done and although it was unable to be completed during the break they made sure that it was able to be completed after work that evening! From the very start, I played phone tag with Julie quite a bit and her being able to text after finally reaching me was amazing! I was able to answer her in between patients and start the ball rolling with getting on board with Gifted! So with that being said, I will say it again... Julie was absolutely phenomenal!!!!
Even though ya'll basically think I suck, as evidenced by the CNO's decision not to accept my application... the experience and Georgette's energy made for great first impressions.
Shelly, is always there when l need her. She goes beyond best to always make sure her Team Members are in the know. Shelly doesn’t look at us as a number! She treats us like a Team and family!
