As a recruiter, I find great satisfaction in the flexibility and autonomy that comes with the position. My drive to continuously improve and be the best I can be can sometimes make me overly competitive with myself, but I have found that consistency in follow-up and staying organized has helped me stay on top of my game. During working hours, I remain disciplined and focused on completing tasks and connecting with as many leads as possible.
One of my favorite aspects of recruiting is getting to know each nurse individually and finding a match that aligns with their preferences. I take pride in being an advocate for nurses and always ensure that every action I take is in their best interest.
