Joy always returns my phone calls, addresses my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. She never calls too much or too often and understands the need to be away from work when with family. She never misses a beat to ask about my family and always remembers personal things that may be affecting me. She's never too personal, but feels more like a long time friend with her ways. She cares more than other recruiters do. She puts a personal twist to everything she does. On my 1st contract, she sent me a package to my work and all the other travel techs from bigger companies said they've never received so many special things from their recruiters! Out of the kindness of her heart most recently, too, she sent me handmade smoked beef brisket and homemade sauce from her boyfriends restaurant as a token of appreciation for my sticking with her and not switching companies no matter what! I lover her honesty, her loyalty, her fun attitude, her spunk, her humble ways. She is a very special person and I'd rather have my recruiter than 5 from the bigger well known companies who don't personally care about their people. She cheers me on, celebrates my wins, shares my stories with her teams from my travels, and is more than honest with me when it comes to opinions. I have sent her my friends and will continue to do so as she just doesn't have her own best interest at heart. She truly cares about us ALL.
Jon is very knowledgeable and shares his expertise in the area of my scope. He’s always there with good advice and anytime that I have needed to speak to him about any concerns that I have he always answers my questions, honestly and professionally.
