About Jorge Pirela:

Jorge is awesome! I don't say that lightly, as I've worked with recruiters who seemed to not listen. Jorge is awesome across the board. He works hard to get me contracts and he listens when I tell him what I'm looking for. If I have a problem, he's attentive and works to get it corrected. Most importantly, especially as a nurse, I feel like he has my best interest in mind rather than politics and business; that gives me the ability to take care of my patients to the best of my ability.

He checks in from time to time and remembers the details, like children, grandchildren etc. When I speak with other nurses from other companies they always tell me how half the time they never can keep the same recruiter.
