With over 20 years of customer service experience, I’ve honed my skills and now put them to great use as a Healthcare Recruiter. Growing up as a military kid gave me the incredible privilege of living in and exploring many different places, and my love for travel and new experiences hasn't waned one bit! I’m a positive, open-minded, animal-loving, sci-fi fanatic who’s always ready to dive into whatever adventures life has to offer. Let’s make some great connections together!

I truly love to help people and make any impact in healthcare that I can. Being able to connect travelers to great assignments and help ease the burden of staffing shortages is my way of contributing. I care about people and always want my travelers to know I've got their back always!

About Joy Utterback:

Joy is the most knowledgeable and transparent healthcare recruiter I have ever worked with. I have never met any other recruiter willing to take multiple phone calls and explain things extremely thoroughly and in different ways until I understand them (first time traveler). Joy never gave any indication that she was overwhelmed or upset answering questions multiple times, and anytime she picked up a hint that I was anxious or maybe hesitant, she volunteered more than explanation, transparency, and reassurance. I fully trust Joy and her judgment, and I would recommend her to any first time or experienced traveler.
