Joy is the best recruiter I have worked with. She is very friendly to begin with. She is very knowledgeable about the job market, and offers quick feedback to any questions or needs. She is very attentive to her travelers and takes the time to get to know them. With Joy, I had the smoothest transitions with contracts from each facility.
