I thought she was great, she understood what kind of job I was seeking. Any questions I had she answered. After she ask me if I was interested in the job, she told me that she had been there and she thought I would like it. She was right, I can't remember the last time I had a job that I liked so much. Overall I thought Mary Cruz was wonderfully and I'm very glad she contacted me about this job. I see under me a referral request if I come across anyone looking for a job I will gladly do that. At this time I don't know of anyone looking.
Marycruz was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end of the process of hiring me for my position at Mapal. Not only was she able to provide me with an excellent opportunity for my future, but she was very helpful with any questions I had as well as with preparing me for my interview process. She also was great about following up and keeping in contact with me during and even after the process.
I have worked alongside many staffing agencies and many people in Marycruz's line of work throughout my career, and I can easily say she has been the most polite and helpful I have yet to encounter. Working with her was a pleasure, and I think she is invaluable to FGP and her line of work in general. More people like Marycruz are needed in the staffing industry!
Marycruz has been incredibly helpful! She was the first Find Great People recruiter (other than Christen Moore) that I felt truly cared and wanted to help me - and actually reached out to me with an opportunity! To be honest, and I hope this doesn't negatively affect my future applications, as I just came across another position with FGP that I'm very interested in and will apply for, I've felt dismissed by some of the other recruiters I've worked with (not just with FGP but other recruiting companies as well - and not all FGP recruiters either), which has made me feel like I'm "not good enough" for them, or that they don't want to waste their time on me. But I have a lot of experience, skills, and abilities, and have a lot to offer ANY company. Unfortunately, I've been through layoffs with my last few positions, so I know my resume doesn't look "perfect". That doesn't mean I wouldn't be a valuable candidate and asset to any company I work for. There's a lot more to me than my resume, and I appreciate Marycruz for giving me a chance and believing in me! I also appreciate the tips she shared to help me with my first interview for the position she found for me, which were very helpful. She's also a really good "cheerleader", making me feel like she's really rooting for me and wanting me to have success in my job search. Overall, my experience with Marycruz has been great - I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the job market.
