Marycruz was fantastic, very personable and great to speak with! She was very responsive throughout the process and even when I wasn't able to get her, followed up in a very timely manner. She also helped with obtaining relevant experience related to the position I was applying for by doing a deeper dive than what was on my resume and extracting that experience from our conversation. Bottom line, Marycruz is an incredible recruiter and I would never hesitate to reach out again.

Marycruz was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process from the initial phone call of interest to receiving my offer and being hired. I’ve now been in my new position for almost a week and I’m loving it! She provided tips, encouragement, and was very upbeat and supportive. After months of no response back from most applications, the few I had talked to weren’t very nice or helpful, so it was a breath of fresh air to speak with Marycruz throughout the entire process.

The entire recruitment journey from start to finish with Marycruz was phenomenal!! She is such an amazing person!! I was guided through the whole process every step of the way with Marycruz and by the end I felt like she was my friend. I could tell she was genuinely happy that I got hired!! I really liked how open she was with communication and how she was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. During one of my interviews I had technical issues and she really helped communicate that with my potential (now current) employers! I absolutely could not have been as successful without her!! Many many thanks to a stellar person who truly has a heart for people and what she does!!

She has been absolutely amazing, I was in the job search for 8 months, and talked to many recruiters who ended up forgetting about me or ignoring me. Marycruz is the one that stayed in touch, guided me, put effort into me, communicated with me, and really cared. Within a few weeks of first hearing from her, I landed a job! Not only that, but not to sound cheesy.. I landed a DREAM job. I am so very grateful we crossed paths, without her efforts I truly feel I would still be feeling hopeless in the longest unemployment period of my life.
