About Marycruz Figueroa:

Review for Marycruz

Marycruz is BY FAR the best recruiter I have ever worked with. Her authenticity was a breath of fresh air , allowing me to feel confident and comfortable when talking to her. She’s intelligent , articulate , professional, genuinely curious and a great listener . She’s was so knowledgeable about the job as well. Her ability to answer almost any question with clear explanation was outstanding. Speaking with her gave me an experience of professionalism , authenticity and supportiveness. When you feel like the other person wants you to win, it brings out the best part of you, which allows you to communicate your best potential fully to the recruiter and interviewer. I’ve talked with plenty of recruiters and she’s one of one. In league of her own!

About Marycruz Figueroa:

Marycruz reached out to me about a job opportunity via Indeed. She communicated throughout the process. I did get to the first interview and was happy for the advice and information that she gave to prepare for the interview. Any time I contacted her, she was quick to get back to me. It's refreshing to have someone want to see her client succeed and really gets to know them. I hope that I have an opportunity to work with here again.
