Jamie asked probing questions to see what my interests were , qualifications, pay range, while navigating me through the hiring process. The job market post covid has been extremely perplex at times. Finding a job that can meet your needs for yourself and the company as well can be overwhelming. Having a recruiter showing genuine interest to find a suitable fit is awesome and shows that FGP is a company that embodies integrity, morals, and values. Sometimes those characteristics can be rare in today's job market.
